This dark roast dark chocolate bar from Fresco Chocolate is crafted with cocoa beans from the ABOCFA cooperative based in Suhum, Ghana.
ABOCFA is one of four Organic/Fair Trade farmer cooperatives in Ghana - known for producing the highest quality traceable cacao in the region. Our dark roast produces deep chocolatey and roasted nut flavors. Next, the chocolate is heated, mixed and aerated, this is conching. Our medium conche step mellows and balances the flavors producing deep fudgy notes.
