This 70% dark chocolate bar crafted by LetterPress Chocolate was made with cacao from Ashanti in Ghana.
Ashanti is a cocoa growing region of Ghana that has been plagued with slave labor and poor prices for farmers. Thanks to the organization at COCOBOD in Ghana, they were able to secure cacao which they paid 2x the commodity price to help farmers make a living wage.
