This 70% dark chocolate bar crafted by LetterPress Chocolate with beans from Belize.

Over two years in the making, their flagship bar was the result of working with Maya Mountain to plant over 4,000 hardwood and cacao trees on a new demonstration farm. They got a chance to visit in January 2016 and got some pretty spectacular beans.
