The Madhu team still remembers the first time they tried a stroopwafel. Waiting in line for a coffee, slightly starving, these small cookies at the counter jumped right out at them.

And once they had our their first taste of Stroop Club’s gooey, caramely, delicious Stroopwafel, they knew we needed it in our chocolate. They made a vegan milk chocolate with brown and maple sugar, and loaded it with stroopwafel pieces for a match made in flavor heaven.
