Markham & Fitz's 66% Smoke& Brûlée dark chocolate bar uses cacao from La Colonia, Nicaragua.
This bar has the perfect balance of sweet with a touch of smoke (cold smoked nibs, yum!), paired beautifully with some bruleed sugar. A nod to some of the co-owner's favorite desserts, namely creme brulee and bananas foster. It was inspired by banana's foster and the co-owner's trips to New Orleans.
