Mindo Chocolate's 77% dark chocolate from a single estate, La Bonita in Puerto Quito, Ecuador. This estate is located in the Cloud Forest surrounding Mindo, Ecuador which is a UNESCO bio-reserve protected national cloud forest. 

This bar includes Panela instead of refined sugar. Panela is raw sugar. Unrefined and has a very light molasses taste. They think chocolate made with panela is delicious and a bit healthier than refined sugar. Let us know what you think.
