Yes, we have the ability to ship internationally. If you're interested in purchasing chocolate through our storefront then we will reach out to you with regards to customs fees that may be an additional charge.

We ship out chocolate on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week. We may consider Thursdays if there is a specific need and the distance is fairly local to us where it would take 1 day shipping.

We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier. We use either UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air depending on the delivery location.

We take all neccesary measures to ensure that there's enough ice packs to keep your chocolate cool during transit however we cannot guarantee that chocolate may not arrive a little melted. If it is beyond salvage, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at to rectify the situation on a case by case basis.

My chocolate friend, gone are the days where you'd have to make several separate orders to do that!

We're super excited to have a feature where once you have multiple items in your cart, you can click on the box for the option, "Ship to Multiple Addresses" and then the cart will refresh and you will be able to choose different shipping addresses for each recipient. All of your addresses will be stored in your account for future use.

Chocolate Quality

Do not worry. That white film is called fat bloom. That means that cocoa butter fat has come to the top of the surface. The chocolate will still taste great. You may just taste the chocolate is a little bit fattier but it should not affect the overall experience of the chocolate.

You should store your chocolate in a cool & dry environment preferably between 60°F and 70°F (16°C and 21°C) with low humidity.

You can also store your chocolate in a dark, cool cabinet or a wine refrigerator.

If you decide to put your chocolate in your main refrigerator, then be sure to bag it up in a airtight sealed bag and do not put it near any foods that have pungent odors.

When you take out your chocolate from any refrigerator, be sure to leave it out at room temperature for a few minutes before tasting & enjoying.


Due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns of any chocolate bars or confections.

We do not have personalized chocolate however you can add a personalized gift card to any order. Just send us an email at if you don't see the option for your order. We will be happy to add it on at no additional cost!

Well, we can't guarantee that you will like whatever you purchase from us (although we do have a high confidence level you will be intrigued at the very least). We're sorry you have had that experience and unfortunately, we cannot replace chocolate for you. We'd strongly advise sharing the chocolate with a friend, family member or co-worker.

Virtual Chocolate Tastings

We usually ship out chocolate Mondays for tastings later in the week and we ship via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air in order to arrive by Wednesday the latest. Most tastings are Thursday through Sunday. If for any reason you request a tasting that is on a Monday through Wednesday then we will ship out by Wednesday of the prior week so that you should receive you chocolate tasting kit by Friday of the week prior to the tasting.

Yes you are always able to add on 2 or 4 additional chocolate bars to any chocolate tasting kit. If you want more than 4 additional bars, please email us at in advance and we can make it happen.

When you order admission to a virtual chocolate tasting, you get a chocolate tasting kit with our chocolate tasting resources and 4 craft chocolate bars. you get a high quality folder with high quality prints of our chocolate tasting guide and chocolate tasting sheet. For each tasting you will get 4 dark chocolate bars from 4 different cacao producing origins.

Chocolate Subscriptions

On almost every product page, you can subscribe to get a certain bar, confection or product on a 1, 2, 3 or 4 month basis. When you subscribe to any product you will enjoy an immediate 5% discount.

If you want a curated collection each month, then you can go to our Curated Craft Chocolate Collection page and subscribe through there.

If you want to subscribe and receive a certain product and you do not see the option to subscribe, please let us know!

It's quite simple and there's no hassle. Just be sure to login to your account and then go to your My Subscriptions page. There you will be able to modify or cancel your subscription with ease.
