Refund policy

Chocotastery wants to ensure that you receive your chocolate tasting kits and your chocolate bars in perfect condition. We do not offer refunds/returns unless the chocolate products were received in damaged condition. The exception for Virtual Chocolate Tastings will be handled on a case by case basis based on when the chocolate tasting kit was delivered and if you were able to join the tasting or not. Like any shipping carrier, we do not guarantee the delivery time and we are not responsible for any shipping errors or delays.
