They stone-grind Rusty’s Hawaiian Ka’u Classic Medium Roast coffee beans for several days into 60% dark milk chocolate to craft this delicious, rich, creamy and eye-opening bar.
A gentle roast of the cacao beans ensures that their chocolate is a perfect accompaniment to the coffee from their favorite region in the islands. It’s an early morning treat or after dinner indulgence for any mocha lover.
